What is an Organization

Step 1 - Organization Profile

Enter basic Organization information. This information will auto-populate the CPI/CPS Check Request web form.

Step 2 - User Profile

Enter basic User information about yourself. This information will be used to auto-populate the CPI/CPS Check Request web form.

As the first User to Register this Organization, you will be established as the "User Admin." You will be able to update the "Organization Profile" at any time.

You also have the ability to use the "Add Users" functionality to create additional Users from the "CPI/CPS Organization Dashboard."

You will receive a "Welcome to Indiana Department of Child Services" email with a link to "Change Password"
