Error Message: "Duplicate Tax ID"
This message indicates that the FEIN/EIN/SSN entered is already a registered Organization.
Contact your Organization's "User Admin", to add you as a "CPI/CPS Organization User" or
If you do not know your Organization's "User Admin", contact Technical Support.

Step 2 - User Profile
Enter basic User information about yourself. This information will be used to auto-populate the CPI/CPS Check Request web form.
As the first User to Register this Organization, you will be established as the "User Admin." You will be able to update the "Organization Profile" at any time.
You also have the ability to use the "Add Users" functionality to create additional Users from the "CPI/CPS Organization Dashboard."

Email Addresses are extremely important. Notifications will be sent via email.
You will receive a "Welcome to Indiana Department of Child Services" email with a link to "Change Password"
