Indiana DCS and FSSA employees:

Please note that your log in credentials are synced with your state network user account. To log in, use your network user ID (example: JSmith) and password.

If your network password needs to be reset, please use the IOT Password Recovery Service to reset your password or Call IOT Customer Service at (317) 234-HELP (4357) or Toll-Free at 1-800-382-1095 (This number is for DCS employees only – not external vendors).

If your network password is working (you can log into the network), but you still cannot log into MaGIK, please contact the MaGIK Help Desk at support@stateofindiana.zendesk.com or by calling (317) 968-4664 or Toll-Free at 1-800-225-9173.
