This RFP will be opening in Regions 15 and 18 for the following services: Adoption- Family Preparation. Providers should collect information, evaluate the family and home, then make a recommendation as to the appropriateness and ability of the prospective adoptive parent(s) to meet the needs of children in Indiana's custody as a result of abuse or neglect.
