Description:

DCS is seeking proposals to develop a strategic framework for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. DCS intends to use this RFP to select a vendor to provide project management services and research support in the development of this strategic framework that will bring together statewide partners representing a variety of disciplines. The goal of this project is to increase the effectiveness, alignment, and coordination of existing child maltreatment prevention efforts, to identify new opportunities to support the resilience and wellbeing of vulnerable children and families, and to decrease the incidence of child maltreatment in Indiana.
